Do I have to make repairs before you buy my house?
No. We look at houses as they are, including those that need work. Tell us what you know about the condition and we will account for it.
How do you come up with your offer?
We estimate what the house would be worth renovated, using recent nearby sales, and subtract the cost and time of the work and our costs to buy and sell. We will explain the number rather than just state it.
Do I pay commissions or fees?
Tell us your situation and ask for the terms in writing before you decide. We will be clear about costs on any offer we make.
Should I list with an agent instead?
Sometimes that is the better route, especially for a house in good condition. Rose Rock Realty can give you a listing estimate so you can compare it with our offer.
What if my house is tenant-occupied, inherited, or has unusual issues?
