Who are we?
Rose Rock Capital Partners is a local Oklahoma real estate team. Because we run every stage ourselves, we control quality, cost, and timing from the first call on a property to the final lease or sale.
Acquisition
We source off-market and MLS properties around the Oklahoma City metro, underwrite them conservatively, and buy only when the numbers work.
Rehab
Our project manager scopes the work, manages contractors, and holds the budget and timeline from closing to completion.
Disposition
Finished homes are sold on the market, or held. Rose Rock Realty handles the listing and the sale.
Rental
Properties we keep are leased and managed in-house by 1907 Property Management, so one team controls the whole lifecycle.
