What we look for in Oklahoma City
Oklahoma City is many markets under one name. We buy mostly in established neighborhoods built from the 1950s through the 1970s, where a renovation changes a house the most. We value each property against recent sales on the same few blocks rather than a citywide average, because two blocks can change the answer.
Selling a house in Oklahoma City
If your Oklahoma City house is dated or needs repairs you would rather not manage, we can look at it as it stands. Older houses here often carry original sewer lines, older electrical service, or a roof near the end of its life, and buyers discount for them. We would rather identify those items openly at the start than argue about them at closing.
